The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support. From 20 weeks onwards. $80 (60 min)

Children’s Massage:
Children also experience stress and anxiety. With everything going on children need to unwind and relax too. A massage will do them good. Massage therapy can help children to: increase their ability to concentrate, improve their sleep patterns, feel less irritable and hyperactive, strengthen their connection with their physical body, and provide them with a sense of relaxation and wellbeing. $25 (15 min) $50 (30min)

Foot and Leg Massage (Padabhyanga):
By getting your feet and lower legs massaged you bring wellness to your entire body. In the realm of reflexology, the key to virtually every body part lies in the sole of the foot. Ayurveda recommends foot massages to improve sleep and a sense of groundedness. $50 (30 min)

Back and Neck Massage (Prshtabhyanga):
One of the best benefits of a back massage is that it feels good. A back massage stimulates the production of endorphins, dopamine and serotonin, chemicals that make your body feel happy. A good back massage can help relieve lower back pain. After sitting at a desk all day, your back muscles are likely to be tense from overuse or repetitive use. Repetitive motion or immobility can also cause neck and shoulder pain. A back massage can help relieve the tension and reduce any pain in that area as well. A massage can help heal the tissues and muscles that have become tight, weak or atrophied. This will in turn improve your range of motion.  So you may notice increased joint flexibility after a back massage.  $50 (30 min)

Head (Shiroabhyanga) and Face Massage (Mukhabhyanga)
The face and head are full of nerves and pleasure points and so this massage is a desirable form of pampering. Whether you are looking for a quick  pick-me-up or a soothing escape, the luxury of a face and head massage is easily justified. Facial massages decrease anxiety and can improve a negative mood, they prevent wrinkles, are soothing for headaches and migraines and can help relieve allergy symptoms such as sinus congestion. $50 (30 min)
